Boeing Global Services Derivative Aircraft Team seeks a Senior
Programmer Analyst to join their KC-46 team. This organization
supports Boeing's Training & Professional Services team, creating
mission critical capabilities and services for both domestic and
international customers. You will lead the effort of creating,
maintaining, and growing these innovative technologies. You will
play a critical role in the creation of Interactive Electronic
Technical Manuals (IETMs) that help make an impact in the real
world - and the S1000D Common Source Databases (CSDB) that powers
it.
We are looking for a talented developer with strong experience
leveraging technology to create innovative solutions. Design,
program, test, document and deploy complex computing applications
and software. Analyze end user processes to define application
requirements. Architect complex software systems and approaches
that deliver specific application functionality to the end user
quickly. Modify or upgrade complex applications to maintain
functionality and performance. Identify, recommend, and implement
enhancements to overcome architecture and application
constraints.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads and performs the design, program, test, implementation and
documentation of complex computing applications and software or
computing architecture and computing application system designs
Leads analysis of end user processes to define application
requirements
Writes and compiles complex code based on documented design or
designs application architecture that integrates application
software and delivery subsystems for specific applications
Modifies or upgrades complex applications to maintain functionality
and performance
Identifies and recommends improvements. Identifies and resolves
complex programming or application architecture problems

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate
will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed
location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could
potentially change in the future.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security
Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is
required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience writing and testing JavaScript, CSS,
HTML
Experience working with one or more of the following: Java,
JavaScript, XML, SQL, XPath, XSLT
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Strong experience with the S1000D specification, Business Rules
(BREX), Data Dispatch Notes (DDN), revision controls, and
applicability controls (ACT, CCT, PCT) with filtering
Experience with CLIs using tools like PowerShell
Experience with backend commercial database queries using tools
like Microsoft SQL
Experience with C# programming, data structures, system design ,
and algorithms
Experience with Agile Software Development using tools like
Microsoft ADO
Experience with container applications using tools like Docker
Experience with virtual machines, hypervisors, and cloud platforms
such as Microsoft Azure
Experience with graphic file formats, hot spotting, and
conversion
Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 9 or more years' related work experience or relevant
military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.)
preferred, but not required.
Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well
as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $121,550 - $164,450
