Central CRM team is a pivotal function within the TikTok Shop US
Central Marketing Team, specializing in CRM management and mass
outreach. This team is dedicated to developing and implementing
cohesive outreach strategies across email, in-app push, inbox, and
notification. By leveraging compelling multimedia content and
targeted communications, they enhance TikTok Shop's brand,
articulate core values, and support key objectives including
awareness, acquisition, and business growth.About the RoleThe
TikTok Shop US Central CRM team is looking for an experienced team
leader with a strong background in CRM and email marketing, as well
as proven managerial skills. This new role is crucial for
centralizing and enhancing CRM operations to build a cohesive and
efficient customer experience. The team leader will be tasked with
assembling and leading a team to deliver outstanding business
results that align with the strategic priorities of the
organization. By collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders,
including Product, Data Insights, Category Operations, Marketing
Strategy, and Creative teams, the leader will ensure that our CRM
strategies are effectively integrated and contribute to consistent
and measurable growth in TikTok Shop. This position requires a
leader capable of driving business activation through innovative
outreach campaigns and aligning them with both TikTok's e-commerce
solutions and objectives, thereby solidifying the platform's
position in the e-commerce sector.Responsibilities- Oversee the
centralization of CRM resources to ensure a unified and effective
operation across various TikTok Shop functions with quality
control. - Strategically develop and implement comprehensive
outreach strategies, including but not limited to lifecycle
marketing, retargeting, sequencing, a/b testing, calendaring and
automated communications. - Lead cross-functional collaborations
with Product, Data, Category, Strategy, legal, PR and Creative
teams to integrate and optimize CRM initiatives.- Champion the
advancement of CRM capabilities by integrating the latest
e-commerce trends and technologies into team practices.- Design and
refine a robust CRM dashboard and data tracking mechanisms to
accurately measure performance and identify optimal communication
cadence. - Develop standardized CRM guidelines and intake processes
to prevent customer outreach fatigue and maintain TikTok Shop's
brand identity through consistent and strategic outbound
communication.- Provide leadership and direction to the CRM team,
encouraging professional growth, innovation, and adherence to best
practices.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:- 5+ years of
experience in CRM or data-driven marketing, with at least 2 years
in a managerial role specifically overseeing email marketing
strategies for a marketplace platform or brand, highly preferred.-
Exceptional analytical skills with experience in setting up and
analyzing CRM metrics to drive business decisions and improve
customer activation and sales.- Strategic acumen with a proven
track record of designing and executing comprehensive channel
strategies and content roadmaps.- Demonstrated ability to work with
home-grown tools and familiarity with leading CRM
software.Preferred Qualifications: - Strong understanding of
content platforms and the e-commerce landscape, including product
solutions, sales dynamics, and market trends, is highly preferred.-
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.- Proven expertise in
leading high-performing teams and managing cross-functional
relationships, supported by strong interpersonal and communication
