Clean Harbors is seeking a dedicated Field Supervisor IS who will oversee daily operations and ensure the execution of environmental service projects, including hazardous waste disposal and emergency spill response. This role is instrumental in maintaining our commitment to safety and environmental compliance, providing leadership and guidance on various sites across North America. Join us to play a pivotal role in safeguarding our environment and promoting sustainability. Supervise and coordinate field service projects, including planning, execution, and closure of all operations efficiently. Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations during project execution. Lead and train field personnel, promoting a culture of safety and compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage equipment and resources, optimizing usage and ensuring maintenance schedules are followed. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project flow and customer satisfaction. Conduct on-site risk assessments and implement preventive measures to minimize hazards. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reporting on progress and outcomes as necessary to management. Strong leadership and team management skills Proficient in environmental laws and regulations Capable of conducting risk assessments and implementing safety protocols Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience with hazardous materials management Ability to operate various types of field equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) certification
