people and businesses in need.
You'll help clients feel comfortable and confident while delivering
comprehensive employment training, job placement, and follow-up
services to low income and disadvantaged job seekers to help them
access careers in the medical administration industry. On any given
day, you'll work to build a stronger community by helping job
seekers eliminate barriers and connect to employment, and by
helping employers find the talent they need for their businesses to
grow and thrive.

Medical Instructor in King County to join our team, to be an

This position is a 50/50 hybrid position including onsite and
ABOUT THE JOB
The major responsibilities of this position include, but are not
Coordinate with the CareerWork$ - Medical team to market the
program in low income, disadvantaged communities through
partnerships with local workforce development systems,
community-based organizations (CBO's), community colleges,
Veteran's services, Department of Social and Health Services and
other organizations serving like populations.
Sit down with a potential participant to determine eligibility for
Utilize provided CareerWork$ - Medical National curriculum
materials to deliver 8-week job training classes responsive to the
needs of the medical industry.
Work to maximize student learning and evaluate progress.
Assist clients in resume preparation, application completion,
interview preparation and follow up communication with medical
Develop strong relationships with healthcare organizations, job
placement agencies, organizations serving veterans/transitioning
military and spouses, community organizations and faith based
organizations, social media, and all other avenues that can serve
as a source for recruiting CareerWork$ Medical program
Accurately collect, record, analyze, and report/submit all required
program and program participant performance data to CareerWork$
Medical national team
Gather data, analyze, and report on program success, including
adjusting goals and strategies as appropriate.

High School Diploma or GED
Two to three years of demonstrated experience required performing
work related to client recruitment and enrollment, classroom
instruction, career assessment and planning, support services,
occupational training, workplace readiness, job placement, records
maintenance and outcomes reporting.
Requires advanced level use of: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
and Outlook; LinkedIn, and other business-related networking
applications, as appropriate.
Must be able to work in a culturally diverse and fast-paced
environment and demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity and
Daily availability of personal vehicle or alternate method of
transportation sufficient to meet the daily transportation

A Bachelor's Degree in: Business Administration, Human Resources,
Social Work, Communication, Workforce Development, Psychology, or
Sociology. Appropriate work experience may be substituted for the

Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP).
Demonstrated success working in a performance based system.
Demonstrated success working with people from a variety of

Primary Location: King County
Salary: Starting range is $55,000- 62,000 - Annually, DOE
