Job Description Job Description A well-established food manufacturing operation to identify a Maintenance Manager (Direct Hire) who can lead plant-wide asset reliability, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role oversees a sizable maintenance organization and plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production operations. Occasional travel to other facilities may be required. APPLY NOW Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction for all plant maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance programs, asset reliability strategies, and daily work prioritization across a multi-shift operation Drive continuous improvement by optimizing maintenance systems, leveraging CMMS tools, supporting TPM/AM pillars, and introducing new technologies and best practices Manage capital projects, equipment upgrades, and utility systems to ensure production continuity, regulatory compliance, and long-term operational reliability Develop maintenance talent through skills assessments, training programs, safety leadership, audit participation (FSQA, EHS), and cross-functional collaboration Qualifications 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in a food or industrial manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years supervising technical teams Demonstrated experience in TPM environments, including preventive maintenance, autonomous maintenance support, and reliability engineering principles Strong background in breakdown analysis, CMMS-driven maintenance systems, and operating within tight production timelines Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on manufacturing maintenance experience Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $110,000-$140,000 (dependent on experience) Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, HSA/HRA options, 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, and wellness programs 20 days of PTO to start , plus 10 paid holidays Performance-based incentive eligibility and long-term career growth potential If you're a Maintenance Manager with a passion for reliability, safety, and continuous improvement in food manufacturing, this role offers both stability and impact. * Relocation Assistance Available * APPLY NOW Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate -privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements.
