Manufacturing Operations Analyst Company: The Boeing Company
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Manufacturing
Operations Analyst (Level 3) to join the Fabrication Boeing
Production System (BPS) team in Auburn, Washington . This is an
exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and diverse team.
In this role, you will partner with our Manufacturing Business Unit
(MBU) Staffing Leaders to hire their teammates and to deliver the
best commercial airplane products in the world. Partner with Global
Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management Integration and Security
to support the hiring process. Collaborate with Joint Program
partners on developing or updating Career Guides and ERT plans. You
will help drive Skill Team planning and decision making,
operations, and business insights up and down the BCA value stream.
Work with MBUs and Workplace coaches to support Standard on Job
Training (SOJT) requirements. Position Responsibilities: Conducts
assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable
standards and criteria Analyzes and interprets data Site access,
Badging and Escorting Provides feedback on assessment results
Scheduling interviews and meetings Works with organizations to
develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company
initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and
processes Works at the appropriate level in the organization to
implement strategies and plans Works under general direction Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 1 years of experience
partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
2 years of experience using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook,
and PowerPoint) 2 years of experience in Data Analysis 1 years in a
role that requires effective communication with employees,
customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership Preferred
Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or
higher 1 years of experience with Project Management 1 years of
experience with Boeing Production Systems 1 years of experience
working in a production environment Lean certification (Accelerated
Improvement Workshop, Six Sigma, 3P) Conflict of Interest:
