be performed. Key job responsibilities - Program Leadership: Lead
large-scale, complex technical programs across multiple teams and
disciplines, from inception to delivery - Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive program plans aligned with
Kuiper's mission and business objectives - Cross-functional
Coordination: Orchestrate efforts across engineering, operations,
product, and business teams to ensure seamless program execution -
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could
impact program success, developing contingency plans as needed -
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with
senior leadership, external partners, and regulatory bodies,
ensuring clear communication and alignment - Technical Expertise:
Leverage deep technical understanding to facilitate decision-making
and problem-solving across teams - Process Improvement: Implement
and optimize program management methodologies to increase
efficiency and scalability - Metrics and Reporting: Develop and
maintain program KPIs, providing regular updates to leadership on
progress, risks, and outcomes A day in the life As a Technical
Program Manager on the Kuiper IT Services team, you'll drive
technology initiatives enabling satellite internet operations. Your
day involves leading cross-functional stand-ups with IT
infrastructure, engineering, and security teams to align on service
delivery and resolve technical blockers. You'll manage programs
spanning device fleet management, enterprise software deployments,
manufacturing systems integration, and security
compliance—analyzing metrics to inform decisions and identify
risks. You'll coordinate with engineering leads on complex IT
solutions, present program status to leadership, and partner with
external vendors to deliver integrated services. - 5 years of
technical product or program management experience - 7 years of
working directly with engineering teams experience - 5 years of
technical program management working directly with software
engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across
cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release
schedules - 5 years of project management disciplines including
scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path
management experience - Experience managing projects across cross
functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating
release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive
multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
