processes.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: YesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIESThe following duties and responsibilities generally
reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to

- Lead a development team in designing, developing, tuning,
monitoring, maintaining, testing and documenting HFM and/or Essbase
applications, databases, and related automated processes.
- Assign work duties and priorities and hold teammates
accountable for results. Coordinate, approve, or deny PTO requests;
provide bi-weekly timecard approval for direct reports. Complete
PDR process for direct reports and give input for compensation
decisions. Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines,
employment policies, and department or company procedures. Train,
develop, and foster professional growth for direct reports.
- Continue to work with Team Rabbit as a whole to accomplish
deliverables (GSD) as assigned.
- Play a leading role in the planning and execution of Team
Rabbit goals around data quality, technical tools, and support for
the Village.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education, licenses,
certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential
duties, include computer skills as required.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of five (5) years' strong experience administering HFM
and/or Essbase technology required.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience with SQL, MAXL or other
programming language required
- Demonstrated experience with SOX compliance.
- Experience leading projects and/or teams preferred.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel,
Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Here's what you can
