Director of IT Infrastructure to join our team in Federal Way, WA.

culture. While they are directly responsible for designing IT
infrastructure across the company, overseeing the implementation of
new programs and installations at new sites, and mentoring the IT
team, their value is in their future thinking, network strategy,
and servant leadership. We rely on them for their ability to
balance customer service/meeting our customers' needs, and building
strategy around network safety and security, as well as their
desire to grow and develop the company, their team, and themselves.
This position will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team,
and other leaders across the organization to provide unique
solutions to our customers by finding or designing new solutions to
their needs.Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Directs, oversees, and enhances the company infrastructure,
with key focuses on our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS),
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) implementations, customer ERP
interfaces, innovation in IT solutions, and cybersecurity.
- Strategically develops policies and procedures utilized in the
design and maintenance of the company's infrastructure, working
with Human Resources and company leadership.
- Stays informed of industry trends and technological
advancements, proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
- Develops and maintains a robust cybersecurity strategy to
protect against company system and data breaches, regularly
assessing for risks and implementing appropriate preventative
measures.
- Facilitates seamless integration with customer ERP systems and
works closely with customers with internal teams to understand
requirements and deliver customized and innovative solutions.
- Oversees the design and implementation of information systems
that support the organization's network infrastructure.
- Designs and utilizes performance reports to continuously
monitor the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure
performance and security.
- Manages the IT department's direct reports and coaches them to
increase performance and works to offer new development
opportunities.
- Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the
IT department and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support
the functional infrastructure of the company.
- Works collaboratively with the various departments to align IT
strategy with current business needs and future objectives.
- Analyzes the needs of the different departments and determines
ways to meet business objectives by modifying existing or
developing new information processing systems.

ABILITIES
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology,
Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Additional certifications in network design and/or programming are
a plus.
- Experience: 10 years experience in IT, with at least 5 of those
years in a leadership role, preferably within a logistics or
similar industry.
- Computer Skills: Advanced experience in IT network design is
required, with expertise in WMS, EDI, ERP integration, and Cyber
security.
- Additional Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic
thinking, and demonstrated analytical skills.Salary Range: Up to
$190,000
