personal freedom.The Department: Exchange Growth (Funding)Funding
is responsible for all things fiat, including payment/banking
rails, UI/UX for both retail and institutional fiat transfer flows,
and internal reconciliation. Additionally, the Funding team owns
the front-end experience for moving crypto on and off the exchange,
by working closely with our Onchain team. Trust & Safety and
Compliance teams are everyday collaborators ensuring we offer
secure and compliant global on/off experiences.The Role: Principal
Product ManagerWe're looking for an entrepreneurial,
mission-driven, Product Manager to help us define and grow our
products. This role will expand and build upon the vision of the
product, define feature road-maps, and drive execution with our
Engineering & Design teams. The ideal candidate has solid
experience building innovative technologies from scratch, is driven
by data, and passionate about building world-class crypto products.
They also take agency and act quickly to deliver high impact
enhancements. Experience in product planning, customer discovery,
and implementing product development processes are all vital for
this role. You will work with key stakeholders across the company
and will report directly to the Head of Exchange Growth.This role
is required to be in person twice a week at either our Seattle, WA
or New York City, NY office.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and synthesize strategic and economic data to ideate
new product opportunities.
- Leverage competitive research, customer data, and your
understanding of our strategy to build best-in-class local and
global products.
- Lead development of the features roadmap and manage execution
with engineering & design.
- Own the quality of the product and have a
"roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality to deliver best in class
products.
- Influence and collaborate with stakeholders and leadership
teams to invest and craft innovative rich product features.Minimum
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in end-to-end product management at
high-growth technology companies (e.g., creating product roadmap(s)
from conception to launch).
- Have a successful track record of leading cross-functional
organization through product delivery.
- Experience developing a multi-year vision, strategy and
roadmap.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent
for precise articulations of customer problems.
- Affinity for team-oriented culture and demonstrated willingness
to roll up sleeves and get into the weeds of a project.
- Strong commitment to excellence.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in crypto or FinTech.
- Knowledge of and experience with:
- Cryptocurrencies and/or blockchain technology.
- Financial technology, such as exchanges or trading
platforms.
- Fast-paced startup environment.It Pays to Work HereThe
compensation & benefits package for this role includes:
- A discretionary annual bonus
- Long-term incentive in the form of a new hire equity grant

- Flexible time offSalary Range: The base salary range for this
role is between $198,000 - $277,000 in the State of New York, the
State of California and the State of Washington. This range is not
inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When
determining a candidate's compensation, we consider a number of
factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current
market data.In the United States, we have a flexible hybrid work
policy for employees who live within 30 miles of our office
headquartered in New York City and our office in Seattle. Employees
within the New York and Seattle metropolitan areas are expected to
work from the designated office twice a week, unless there is a
job-specific requirement to be in the office every workday.
Employees outside of these areas are considered part of our
remote-first workforce. We believe our hybrid approach for those
near our NYC and Seattle offices increases productivity through
