Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Manager (Level L) to support the Fuselage Assembly Center, based out of Everett, WA. • Manages employees and first-level managers performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines
• Must be capable of executing recovery plans in a complex production system
• Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and objectives
• Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
• Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managersThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of experience using continuous improvement techniques
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtimePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
    • 3+ years of experience using the One Boeing Production System (BPS)---Shift:Candidate may be selected for 1st or 2nd Shift. Shift will be determined at the time of offer.

Summary Pay Range: $133,450 - $180,550
