Positions in this function require various nurse licensure and certification based on role and grade level. Licensure includes RN or LPN/LVN, depending on grade level, with current unrestricted licensure in applicable state. Positions this function include RN and LPN/LVN roles responsible for overseeing and participating in day to day clinical care of patients. Employees are involved in direct patient care (in a clinic, in-home care, etc.).
- Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.

- Works with less structured, more complex issues.

- Serves as a resource to others.
Requires current unrestricted RN licensure in applicable state. Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross)
• ACLS and PALS certification within six months of hire
• For OR RN: 1+ years of perioperative nursing experience; For Pre-Op/PACU RN: PACU, ER or ICU experience
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance.   Preferred Qualifications:
  • For OR RN: Demonstrated achievement of performance standards for intraoperative nursing according to AORN (Association of perioperative Registered Nurses) standards of practice
  • For Pre-Op/PACU RN: 2+ years of experience working as an Registered Nurse

    Washington Residents Only: The hourly range for Washington residents is $27.07 to $53.08.
