Your role will encompass psychiatric assessment, ongoing psychopharmacological management, and the opportunity to explore interventional treatments such as TMS, Ketamine, Esketamine, and psychotherapy.Position Details:--- Outpatient Setting: No required call, focused on working with adult patients.--- Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a reasonable schedule with a minimum of 1-hour initial evaluations and 20-minute follow-up/med management appointments.--- Hybrid Telehealth: Embrace a hybrid schedule with up to 30% - 40% telehealth options.--- Location: Our clinics are located in Federal Way and Redmond, WA.Qualifications:--- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.--- Collaboration: Be willing to work collaboratively with Advanced Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs).--- Interest in Innovation: Interest in Interventional Psychiatric Treatments, including TMS (Neurostar TMS equipment), ECT, and Ketamine/Esketamine is welcome.
