*Position Summary:*

Our Client is seeking a CVOR Surgical Tech for cardiovascular surgical team, responsible for ensuring a sterile and well-prepared operating environment to support complex cardiovascular procedures. This role involves preparing surgical instruments and equipment, assisting surgeons during operations, maintaining strict adherence to sterile technique, and facilitating efficient workflow within the cardiovascular operating room.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Prepare Operating Room*: Set up surgical instruments, sterile drapes, and necessary supplies specific to cardiovascular procedures.
* *Patient Prep Assistance*: Help position the patient and assist in prepping the surgical site according to sterile technique.
* *Assist Surgeon*: Hand instruments and supplies to the surgeon during procedures like open-heart surgery, CABG (coronary artery bypass graft), or valve repair/replacement.
* *Monitor Supplies*: Track surgical instruments and sponges to prevent retained surgical items.

*Required Qualifications:*
* Required Certificates: BLS, NBSTSA
* Years of experience required: 1 year minimum.

*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in operating room.
