Description Sepsis Quality Program Manager RN Full time 1 FTE

really matters - our patients. The Sepsis Quality Program Manager
(QPM) is accountable for the overall management, leadership, and
direction of the clinical and operational activities of the Sepsis
program at Swedish campuses. The Sepsis QPM RN will work, across
Swedish campuses, to create an environment that fosters a
multidisciplinary and collaborative team approach to care,
treatment, and follow-up for septic patients that achieves
operational and clinical "Best Practice." The Sepsis QPM RN works
with campus directors, unit managers, and other leadership teams to
oversee the daily operations of the sepsis program initiatives and
assists nursing, medical, and ancillary staff in providing quality
care outcomes for the care of patients with sepsis. Providence

them. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; graduation from an accredited
school.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are
required to comply with all state laws and requirements for
driving. Caregivers will be required to provide proof of driver's
license and auto insurance upon request.
- BLS within 60 days of hire.
- 5 years of Professional nursing experience in Critical Care or
Emergency Department, with demonstration of competent clinical
judgment and clinical leadership ability. Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Healthcare.
- 1 year of experience as Program Sepsis QPM RN, program manager,
Clinical Leader or Clinical Nurse Specialist.
