professionals. Primary Responsibilities Conduct culturally
sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families,
fostering a welcoming environment for individuals from diverse
backgrounds. Deliver customized outpatient therapy for individuals
and families, addressing the unique needs and situations of each
client to promote healing and resilience. Create comprehensive
crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and
wellness plans to support clients in maintaining stability and
empowerment in their mental health journeys. Engage in case
consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning,
contributing your insights to enhance client care. Ensure timely
completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment
plans, and insurance authorization forms, maintaining the highest
standards of professional integrity. Collaborate with our team of
psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative
staff, and fellow therapists to provide a holistic approach to
mental health care. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social
Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
is required. Candidates who have completed their education and are
in the process of applying for licensure will also be considered. A
strong passion for mental health and a commitment to delivering
high-quality care. A dedication to ongoing professional development
in mental health, including access to free supervision and
continuing education. A willingness to collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to enhance client care. A strong commitment
to ethical practices and maintaining confidentiality. Excellent
communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
and their families. Effective time management skills to complete

position is $43 – $48 per billable unit. Actual compensation may
vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven adjustments, and
