Primary Responsibilities Conduct culturally sensitive,
strength-based assessments for new clients and families, fostering
a welcoming environment for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Deliver personalized outpatient therapy for individuals and
families, tailored to the unique needs and situations of each
client, promoting healing and resilience. Create comprehensive
crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and
wellness plans to support clients in maintaining stability and
empowerment in their mental health journeys. Engage actively in
case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning,
contributing your insights to enhance client care. Ensure timely
completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment
plans, and insurance authorization forms, maintaining the highest
professional standards. Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists,
nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow
therapists to provide a holistic approach to mental health care.
Qualifications Hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling,
Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline. Candidates
who have completed their education and are in the process of
applying for licensure are also welcome to apply. Demonstrate a
passion for mental health and a commitment to delivering
high-quality care. Show dedication to ongoing professional

position is $43 – $48 per billable unit. Actual compensation may
