We are actively looking to hire two LCSWAs in Washington, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. /nWe offer Associate Licensed Therapists: - Competitive compensation package based on productivity with uncapped earning potential - Comp range of $69,000-$92,000 - W2 employed position - Sign-on bonus - Comprehensive benefits package - 401K with 4% match - Part-time and full-time options - CEUs - Paid parental leave - Malpractice insurance provided - Working 1:1 with a great clinical supervisor Location and Schedule - Office located in beautiful new clinic in Lakewood, WA - Monday - Friday - Flexible Schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules - Hybrid Model , Must be in-person at least 2 days a week Therapist are a critical part of our clinician team.
