Contract Type: Travel Contract Shift Type: Night shifts, 6:45 PM -
7:15 AM NOC. Primarily night coverage on a rotating schedule;
specific days assigned by the facility. Hours per Week: 36

staffing levels across clinical departments to ensure excellent
patient care Lead and support nursing staff during night
operations, offering clinical direction and problem solving Manage
multiple priorities calmly in a fast-paced environment to keep the
unit running smoothly Intervene effectively with staff, patients,
families, and medical teams when issues arise Communicate clearly
with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and
escalate when needed Foster a teamwork-focused culture that
supports staff wellbeing and optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications Current Washington nursing license (required)
Registered Nurse (RN) with active credentials BLS and ACLS
certifications (required) Minimum 4 years of recent clinical
nursing experience At least 1 year of demonstrated nursing
leadership experience preferred Proven ability to manage multiple
priorities and make sound decisions under pressure Strong
intervention and communication skills with patients, families, and
staff Knowledge & Skills Clinical nursing and patient assessment
expertise Staffing coordination and shift management experience
Effective patient, family, and staff communication Ability to
prioritize and triage in fast-paced clinical settings Team
leadership, conflict resolution, and escalation skills Familiarity
