Rula Technologies, a leader in tech-driven solutions for user experience enhancements, is seeking a dedicated and fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our healthcare team. This role focuses on leveraging the interface of technology and mental healthcare to provide innovative, effective treatment plans and mental health support tailored to diverse client needs. By integrating robust technologies and therapeutic expertise, you will help design and deliver mental health solutions that are both progressive and impactful. Conduct clinical mental health assessments and develop treatment plans. Implement therapy interventions using both traditional and technological approaches. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed. Collaborate with tech teams to develop and refine digital therapeutic tools. Provide emergency mental health support and crisis intervention as necessary. Maintain confidentiality and records of client interactions according to ethical and legal standards. Proficiency in utilizing technology in therapeutic settings. Strong understanding of various psychotherapy modalities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and crisis management skills. Ability to adapt interventions and techniques to a technological medium. Valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist or equivalent (No Associates). Certifications in evidence-based psychotherapeutic methods preferred.
