Monitor patient health and document any changes in status. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider. Collaborate with registered nurses and doctors to plan and evaluate care plans. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance. Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organization and time-management abilities. Proficient in maintaining accurate and detailed medical records. Adept in administering medications and providing general nursing care. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Must hold a current, unencumbered Practical Nurse license in the state of employment. CPR/BLS certification.
