seeking a compassionate and diligent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of

across various locations in the United States. Provide direct
nursing care according to the personalized care plans developed for
each patient. Monitor and record patients' condition and document
care services provided. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed by the attending healthcare provider. Educate patients
and their families on proper home health care strategies and
procedures. Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare
professionals as needed to ensure optimal patient care. Ensure
compliance with all health and safety regulations. Proficiency in
administering medications and managing IVs Ability to operate
standard medical equipment Strong observational and communication
skills Adept at crisis management and problem-solving Capable of
maintaining accurate and detailed reports and records Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid Practical Nursing license in the state of employment Basic
Life Support (BLS) certified or ability to obtain certification
upon hire IV certification preferred
