Our model is built to support clinical autonomy, sustainable pace, and long-term earning potential—without corporate pressure, inflated volume expectations, or loss of physician decision-making. We have six providers with a good mix of physicians, NPs, PAs, and LME! Position Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist (MD/DO) to join our growing practice. Key highlights of this role include: - High physician autonomy in clinical decision-making and practice style - No private equity ownership and no corporate production mandates - Robust staffing model with 3 dedicated Medical Assistants per physician - A sustainable clinic pace of approximately 6 patients per hour - Flexible scheduling with 4 or 5 clinic days per week - Physician earning potential up to $700,000 per year, depending on schedule, productivity, and scope of practice In addition to a strong medical dermatology foundation, there is sufficient patient demand to support an aesthetic provider, allowing interested physicians to incorporate cosmetic services without having to build demand from scratch.
