Job Description:
Description ZoomCare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or
Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team! Come develop your
skills with ongoing support from our medical leadership team! Total
earning potential of $200,000 , including a competitive base salary
of $135,000–$150,000 with additional compensation through our
RVU-based bonus model, $10,000 float differential, 401k match, sign
on bonus, relocation assistance and shift differentials.
COMPENSATION Total earning potential of $200,000 Base Salary
$135,000 - $150,000; depending on experience and based on 34 hours
worked per week plus $10,000 float differential Opportunity for
additional pay through shift differentials, floating incentives,
and ability to pick up additional shifts RVU-based bonus model with
no cap on earning potential Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
for eligible roles 401K with 4% employer match Medical, Dental,

dependent on role and eligibility SCHEDULE AND TRAINING Work 34
hours average per week, receiving full time benefits. Unmatched
work life balance with no admin days and no on call time. Scheduled
appointments - no staying late to work through a waiting room full
of patients. Clinic positions require a two-week training period,
during which you will travel to various clinics in the area. Your
schedule during training may differ from your standard clinic
schedule. Depending on the position and associated requirements,
there may be additional mandatory training requirements that are
outside of your scheduled shift. CLINIC LOCATION Float to clinics
throughout the Seattle metro ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Reasonable

exams and procedures. Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood
clinics with a well-organized practice model. Provide

access to a Physician. QUALIFICATIONS Physician Assistant: Master’s
degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the
NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing –
Family Nurse Practitioner Must have at least 1-2 years of
experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or
emergency care. Experience seeing patients of all ages. Eligible to
participate in the Medicare program. Must be able to demonstrate
2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer. WORKING
CONDITIONS Standing for long periods of time Fit tested for an N-95
mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face
for fit testing or when wearing the respirator. Must wear a mask as
needed. Clinical timelines and work volume / deadlines may require
more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular
business hours to complete essential duties of this job. Ability
and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on
