What You ll Do

• Provide 24-hour on-site OB/GYN coverage with call room availability on L&D
• Manage Labor & Delivery patients and provide inpatient OB coverage (triage and ongoing care per facility workflow)
• Provide GYN coverage for ER presentations and assist with emergent needs
• Assist CNMs/FPOBs and support the care team during labor and delivery operations
• Support routine and urgent OB-related and GYN surgical needs as required by the clinical situation
• Participate in coverage needs including triage after RN/ED handoff, when applicable
• Work within the facility s Epic EMR environment and coordinate with available support staff (RNs, CNMs/FPOBs, and other clinicians)

What You NeedRequired

• Must be able to complete credentialing (credentialing timeframe: 60 days minimum)
• Malpractice coverage must be included in submitted rates (as required by the facility)
• Ability to cover 24-hour shifts (7a 7a) and remain on-site during coverage

About the Assignment
This locum assignment supports hospital-based inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN coverage with vaginal deliveries, C-sections, triage as needed, ED consult support, and GYN surgical support. Coverage is primarily at St. Anne in Burien, WA, with very minimal need to float to St. Francis if requested. The facility uses Epic and typically sees 2 5 patients per day.
