seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen at a
vibrant, upscale entertainment destination where elevated cuisine
meets a fun, dynamic atmosphere. This is not your traditional
restaurant role — we combine exceptional food, craft beverages, and
unforgettable guest experiences under one roof. We need a chef who
can match that energy with strong leadership, operational
excellence, and culinary creativity. What You’ll Do: Lead and
inspire a large BOH team in a high-volume setting Create and
execute high-quality, innovative menus Maintain exceptional food
presentation and consistency Drive food cost control, labor
management, and inventory systems Ensure strict adherence to food
safety and sanitation standards What You Bring: 3 years of
Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience Proven success in
high-volume, upscale operations (required) Active ServSafe Manager
Certification (required) Strong financial acumen (food cost, labor,
P&L management) A hands-on leadership style with the ability to
