Sales isn't everyone's cup of tea, but we're looking for someone
who's ready to sweeten the kettle, boil the water, and share their
telemarking/sales skills as our primed Physician Recruiter.
Working remote, (near our Federal Way, WA office) you'll be our
in-house 'go-to', instigator, and strategic liaison, the driving
force behind the phones to build relations with the healthcare
professionals within the region.

Researches sources and makes contact with potential physicians for
inclusion in the National Health Care Professional Network.
Participates in research for setting fees and pricing in states
assigned for recruitment.
Responsible to negotiate, obtain initial credentials and contract
with physicians for inclusion into the National Health Care
At the direction of Management, represents the company at
conferences, seminars and meetings for the purpose of physician
As needed, renegotiates contracts with currently contracted
Maintains appropriate professional client and physician contacts to
enhance expertise in the field of physician recruitment.
Receives, processes, and provides follow-up regarding clients'
nominations of physicians for inclusion into the National Health
Care Professional Network.
Performs Open Service Requests for appointments in states where we
do not currently have existing operations/physician coverage.
Assists in resolving client and/or physician concerns relative to

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree
Previous sales/marketing experience is required.
