Louisiana, Mississippi, Oregon, Tennessee, and Washington. We are
full-service and authorized Peterbilt, Volvo, Mack, Autocar, and
Hino dealerships, representing well-known OEM's in the industry. In
the Pacific Northwest, we operate the largest network of Class 8
and Medium Duty truck dealerships representing both Peterbilt and
Volvo/Mack.

General Job Description
This position will be responsible for the maintenance of Human
Resources files by filing all documents in a timely and accurate
manner. This position will be on-call based on business needs.
The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the
various types of work that may be performed. The omission of

position if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment
to the position.
File all employee documents, trainings, credentials, and other
materials in personnel files.
Work under the direction of the HR VP to complete general
administrative duties that include, but are not limited to,
assisting in the tracking of employee files and data entry.
Ensure that sensitive and confidential information is
safeguarded.
Administrative functions related to Human Resources.
Minimum Job Qualifications
18 years of age.
High school graduate/GED.
Ability to be on-call with a flexible schedule.
Desired Job Qualifications
Associate's degree and/or certification in office/clerical
work.
Organization, communication, and multitasking skills and ability to
work in a team environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office products.
Previous office experience, preferably in HR.
Mental Capability Requirements
Comprehension: Ability to understand, remember, and communicate
routine, factual information.
Organization: Ability to organize and prioritize work schedule on
short-term basis (more than 1 month).
Reasoning & Decision Making: Ability to apply common sense in
performing job.
Communication: Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the
spoken word, communicating orally with others accurately, loudly,
and quickly.
Mathematics: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, record,
balance, and check results for accuracy.

occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision,
distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception,
and the ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is not
exposed to weather conditions. The noise level in the work
environment is usually moderate.
