people around the globe.About the Role:The Core Customer Experience
(CCX) team focuses on improving and streamlining the user
experience for new and existing customers of Remitly's remittance
product. We build the frontend flows that power customer
onboarding, the home screen, and customer/recipient management. As
a full-stack developer, you will solve customer problems by
designing and maintaining scalable and user-friendly features. You
will work hybrid with 2-3 days onsite at our Seattle, WA
headquarters.You Will:
- Develop high-quality, reusable, and scalable code involving
multiple technologies (React Native, TypeScript, Go, Java/Kotlin,
AWS).
- Design and implement APIs to communicate between front-end and
back-end systems.
- Contribute to code reviews, sprint rituals, hiring, and
mentoring.
- Contribute to the architecture and technical roadmap of our
software systems, balancing short-term goals with long-term
scalability and maintainability.
- Report to the Engineering Manager of the team.You Have:
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Must have 1+ year React or React Native development
experience
- Experience as a React Developer with an understanding of mobile
app development.
- Professional experience with one of the following programming
languages: Typescript, JavaScript, Kotlin, Java, Go.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS or
Azure.Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this
position is typically $136,000-$170,000. In the U.S., Remitly
employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our
