Job Description:

enhance customer interactions. As a Staff Software Engineer
focusing on Conversational AI, you will lead the charge in building
and optimizing state-of-the-art AI systems that revolutionize how
customers engage with us across multiple platforms. This role
involves designing robust AI frameworks, improving natural language
understanding, and deploying scalable solutions that handle
millions of interactions. Our IT team, based in Bentonville,
Arkansas, is looking for a visionary and experienced engineer to
push boundaries and implement solutions that enhance user
experience and operational efficiency. Design and develop scalable
conversational AI solutions. Lead cross-functional teams to
integrate AI technologies across various platforms. Optimize AI
application performance and reliability. Stay updated with industry
trends and apply best practices in AI and machine learning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver
high-quality software. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to
team knowledge sharing. Expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and
related technologies. Proficiency in programming languages such as
Python, Java, or C++. Experience with AI development frameworks and
tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch). Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
