We're a 2 pizza team moving fast to build a new agentic product from the ground up. If you are scrappy and bias for action is your favorite LP, you will fit right in. Our products are designed for business users and we obsess over ease of use, so you must have full-stack experience and be comfortable traversing across backend and front-end. We're prioritizing the following experience: - 3 years non-internship experience with architecture of new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability and scaling) - programming with at least one of Java (Coral framework preferred), Python, or TypeScript - handling non-deterministic AI/ML systems, including error handling, fallback strategies, and managing unpredictable outputs from LLMs - Knowledge of personalization systems, recommendation engines, or dynamic content generation - AWS service launch / production operational experience desired. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
