Responsibilities:
--- Represent clients including national/regional banks, institutional lenders, nontraditional lenders, equipment financiers, Fortune 500 companies, and multi-million dollar judgment creditors across Washington, California, and Oregon.
--- Work on various aspects of creditors' rights in commercial collections, judgment enforcement matters, and bankruptcy cases.
--- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and professionals to provide high-quality legal services to clients.
--- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to hone your skills.

Qualifications:
--- Must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
--- Should be licensed to practice law in either Washington or California.
--- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed attorney is required, with the opportunity for training in this specific practice area.
--- Seeking a candidate with a strong ambition to thrive in a dynamic firm, handling top-notch work and clients in prominent West Coast markets.
--- Excellent skills in communication, research, and analysis are essential.
