Job Description Job Description Beast Mode Truckin is seeking
Class A CDL drivers, including recent CDL school graduates, to
operate 53' dry van trailers in a dedicated Pacific Northwest lane
based out of Sumner, WA. Drivers will operate in a 100% no-touch
freight environment, primarily during night hours, and must
maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company safety and
regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Operate a Class A
commercial vehicle to transport and deliver 53' dry van freight
within assigned Pacific Northwest lanes. Perform 100% no-touch
deliveries and maintain accurate transport and log documentation.
Communicate professionally and effectively with dispatch,
customers, and other stakeholders as required. Adhere to all
applicable federal, state, and company safety regulations and
procedures. Job Details and Schedule Running lane: Sumner (east and
south) with return to Sumner, WA (Pacific Northwest). Freight type:
100% no-touch dry van; primarily night driving. Training: 4–6 weeks
OTR/regional training with a trainer/mentor required before
commencing the dedicated account. Orientation location: Sumner, WA.
Home time: Weekly; drivers are typically home for the 34-hour
reset. Mileage: Approximately 2,000–3,000 miles per week (varies by
run and experience). Run options: Solo or team runs available.
Compensation and Benefits Estimated weekly earnings: $1,400–$1,800
(dependent on miles and experience). Pay per mile: $0.52–$0.62 per
mile, based on experience. Trainee pay: $690 per week during the
4–6 week training period. Stop pay: $15 per stop. Monthly safety
bonus (based on meeting safety and fuel-efficiency criteria): $0.06
per mile. Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental,
401(k), and paid time off. Minimum Requirements Valid Class A CDL
and minimum age 21. Graduated from an accredited truck driving
school with at least 120 hours of instruction. Fairly clean driving
record with no major accidents, major citations, or license
suspensions within the past five years. Not terminated from most
recent employment for safety-related reasons. No DUI convictions;
certain felony or misdemeanor convictions within the past five
years may disqualify. All criminal offenses will be reviewed as
part of the safety assessment. Demonstrated stable work history
over the past 10 years, with no major gaps in employment (generally
at least six months of employment in the last year and at least one
year of employment in the last three years). Ability to pass both
urine and hair pre-employment drug screens. Beast Mode Truckin is
