independent corrugated box manufacturer in the Northwest, known for
producing top-tier packaging products on state-of-the-art
converting equipment. We are seeking motivated individuals to join
our team and grow with us. This role requires a high focus on
safety, attention to detail, reliability in attendance, and a
positive attitude. As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll have the
opportunity to learn from experienced personnel, with achievements
recognized monetarily. The role starts with assisting operators,
stacking, and moving materials, with opportunities for learning and
advancement. Responsibilities Learn to safely and efficiently
operate various pieces of converting equipment. Effectively learn
and apply established quality control procedures. Execute position
responsibilities as they pertain to the assigned work center. Read
and follow order specification documents. Consistently work to
develop or enhance skill set. Work effectively with co-workers and
establish a team approach to achieve company goals. Follow all
company rules and policies. Work in multiple areas of the
converting plant and perform to expectations. Essential Skills Must
read and write English. Mechanically inclined and able to learn new
skills within a standard timeline. Comfortable around heavy
equipment in a fast-paced environment. Able to perform mentally and
physically at a high pace while maintaining safety, quality, and
productivity. Basic math knowledge and ability to read a tape
measure. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work overtime. Must
be at least 18 years old. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be
authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass drug screen and physical
abilities test. Additional Skills & Qualifications Manufacturing
experience with good tenure. Mechanical aptitude. Ability to
multitask and work in a team. Ambitious with long-term goals.

career growth. Work Environment Work in a large facility with
state-of-the-art equipment including 112" Multiflute Corrugator,
62" Single Face Laminator, Rotary Die Cutters, Flexo Folder Gluers,
and more. The environment can be hot in summer and cold in winter.
Work hours vary with day shifts from 5 AM to 3:30 PM and swing
shifts from 3:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday to Thursday, with occasional
mandatory overtime on Fridays. Dress comfortably to accommodate for
varying temperatures and physical demands. Job Type & Location This
is a Contract to Hire position based out of Renton, WA. Pay and
Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.30 - $24.30/hr.
