Level: Associate (1-3 years minimum experience)
Must-HaveExperience:Proficiency in HTML/CSS. Experience in
building responsive pages. A working understanding of the web
development process. Your experience includes familiarity with a
broad range of digital tools and systems and demonstrated ability
to quickly learn those you're unfamiliar with. Examples include:
WordPress, Google Analytics and Tag Manager, eMail and SMS delivery
systems (we use Adobe MA), JIRA, YouTube publishing, Donor Drive
(P2P platform). You're exceptionally organized, adept at
prioritizing work, and have some level of experience with project
management in your past. You've efficiently managed a large backlog
of tasks by creating and driving action plans that result in work
being delivered predictably and on-time with outstanding quality.
You frequently contribute to solutions that solve problems or
strengthen the work because of your ongoing commitment to
professional development. Finally, you put a premium on efficiency,
developing processes and tools that improve throughput for

02The Job As a Digital Producer at World Vision USA, you'll be
on the front lines with our supporters using words, imagery, and
interactivity to produce a transformationaldigital experience for
our supporters. You'll also be a single point of contact with
marketers across the organization helping them execute their
digital channel initiatives. You'll be a catalyst for up-leveling
our service to those marketers through timely service and excellent
deliverables.You'll play a big part in helping them communicate to
our supporters in ways that inspire them to join in the battle to
end extreme poverty by the year 2030. The role will demand the
versatility. You'll create, update, and publish web content in our
WordPress CMS. You'll take in a steady stream of requests from our
marketers that includes anything from website updates, to eCommerce
changes, to email and text campaign setup, banner ad development
and setting up peer-to-peer fundraisers. It also includes the
miscellaneous quick turn requests on a wide variety of tasks.
You'll need to learn a broad array of processes and technologies
proactively and take on challenges without being asked. With so
much to juggle, you'll need to manage your time and stay on-point
with details to hit your deadlines. You will often be the last line
of defense on exacting standards. This includes brand, editorial,
SEO, front-end coding, and user experience standards on every
screen.Finally, you will be a dependable member of a
cross-functional team that believes collaborating on standout work
is serious fun.

04About your team The Digital Experience team sits inside the
broader Digital team at World Vision. It plays a role in digital
channel success, delivering experiences on our core digital
properties. It also plays a key function in supporting other
channel team needs, designing and building experiences that support
potential church, corporate, government and philanthropic partners.

close collaboratorsincludeour internal creative agency and our
