pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between
$71,100.00 - $99,450.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between
$63,444.00 - $88,741.00. Washington Dental Service and its
affiliates, including Arcora Foundation, Delta Dental of
Washington, and TriForza Corp. intends to offer the selected
candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related,
non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also
be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.Essential

Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Arcora

- Conduct user research using methods such as usability testing,
user interviews, card sorting, and surveys to uncover actionable
insights.
- Create personas, user journeys, and experience maps based on
research findings.
- Analyze data to identify user behaviors, needs, and user
frustrations.
- Collaborate across teams to incorporate feedback into
intuitive, accessible, reusable, and scalable designs.
- Present findings to team members, partners and customers from
multi-disciplinary backgrounds and varying organizational
levels.
- Assist in creating user-centered designs by understanding
business requirements, voice of the customer, user journeys,
customer feedback, and usability studies.
- Translate user research insights into user flows, wireframes,
mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user
experiences.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive
feedback.
- Participate in product discovery activities and research/design
roadmap planning exercises.
- Work closely with UX team members to iterate and refine
prototypes based on feedback and user testing.Experience, skills,
and education do you need to have to succeed in the position: The
requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge,
skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the
essential functions of the position.
- Bachelors degree in Human Factors, Psychology, Human-Computer
Interaction or a related field; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a UX Researcher, UX Designer or in a
similar role.
- Proficient with research tools such as Usertesting.com,
Qualtrics, Google Analytics.
- Ability to collect and interpret qualitative and quantitative
data to extract insights.
- Experience establishing and running research studies, including
project management of activities, timelines, and user
communications.
- Experience developing wireframes and prototypes (Figma, Sketch,
or similar software).
- Design technically feasible solutions across all form factors
by translating requirements into actionable work within Agile
workflows.
- Familiarity or experience with designing for digital
accessibility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with
experience creating reports and presentations for a variety of
audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work
independently in a fast-paced environment.Washington Dental Service
