IntroductionWe're currently looking for a candidate with strong experience in selling and delivering Azure cloud solutions. The ideal individual should be able to understand client challenges, offer strategic guidance, and act as a trusted advisor.This is a Sell & Deliver role that requires expertise across Microsoft technologies, specifically in:

• Application Modernization Strategy
• App Modernization on Azure
• Data Strategy & Analytics
• Agentic AI solutions on AzureWe're looking for someone with experience in both farming and hunting opportunities, ideally with a background working alongside hyperscalers like Microsoft. The role involves meeting key performance metrics, including Signings, Revenue, and UTE targets.Your role and responsibilities
  • Lead Azure or AWS Cloud Migration Opportunities across Industrial and communications clients for pipeline management and demand generation, aiming for approximately 3x of signing targets.
  • Be a trusted advisor to our clients, working with LAP to drive Azure or AWS migration projects that deliver business value.
  • Deliver end-to-end migration projects within budget and timeline, with defined outcomes to ensure client success.
  • Manage contracts, pricing, and resources for cloud migration projects.
  • Close opportunities with signing targets of $10M.
  • Understand clients' strategic needs and business objectives; articulate and formulate proposals and statements of work aligned with client values.
  • Collaborate with AWS & IBM to develop strong Azure or AWS partnerships in technology and solution roadmaps, leading or participating in large transactions.
  • Promote HCS service offerings as a change agent for early engagement, deal registrations, and incentive realization.
  • Drive joint go-to-market campaigns and business development workshops to build and maintain a pipeline, as well as references and case studies.
  • Establish client value propositions that connect strategic, financial, and operational metrics to business improvements.Required technical and professional expertise
