DescriptionIn this role, you will:

• Own the design and delivery of internal-facing ML technical learning curriculums that incorporate various formats including self-paced resources, virtual instructor-led courses, seminars, case studies, and more.
• Partner with engineers and engineering managers to identify, align on, and predict technical learning and development needs in areas like architecture, tools, standard processes, and skill advancement.
• Manage your own projects independently, from scoping and planning to execution and iteration.
• Demonstrate the success of learning initiatives through defined metrics, measurement strategies, and reporting.
• Develop and implement internal training strategies that align with business goals and values.
• Develop a deep understanding of business needs and build value through training that advances engineering priorities.Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in core industry ML model types, ML frameworks, and Python.
• Strong instructional design and delivery skills to translate technical content into clear, engaging education.
• Experience developing and delivering ML training for technical audiences of all skill levels.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or 6+ years of equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to develop training strategies, articulate their value, and present them effectively to leadership and partners to gain alignment and support.
  • Proven track record of working independently and in teams, delivering under tight deadlines, and managing multiple tasks successfully.
  • Experience with engineering on Apple platforms. At Apple, base pay is part of the total compensation package and depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
