We are recruiting for the following position(s):Position Summary:Full-time Reimbursement Analyst position available immediately for Medical Billing Department in Federal Way. Primary responsibilities are: abstract coding to obtain the highest level of reimbursement from payers and comply with all state and federal laws; analyze individual/organizational coding patterns and report on them, assist in the development of training materials and train staff and providers.This position requires a comprehensive understanding of accounts receivable management in a healthcare setting. This position requires an ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in an occasionally stressful environment.Qualifications:* Graduation from an accredited two-year college with a degree in business, accounting or health information management* Formal training in Medical Coding with 6 + years experience in medical/dental billing and medical terminology.* Certified Professional Coder (CPC) required.* Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must.* Excellent Customer service required.* Requires knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, AND HCPCS coding.* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.What We Offer:Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
