-MacKay Sposito is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to join
our survey team in Federal Way Washington. In this role, you will
have a once in a lifetime opportunity to work on a 4,800 acre
master plan! This role will also direct the work of technical staff
and provide expertise on various land surveying projects. You will
also provide oversight ensuring the adherence of professional
survey quality assurance, and control processes and procedures.When

Direct or conduct surveys to
establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and
titles.Write descriptions of property boundaries for use in deeds,
leases, or other legal documents.Stamp and certify work completed
by self and/or others under technical supervision of
position.Maintain current knowledge of local, state, case and
federal laws as they pertain to survey projects.Manage survey
projects, monitor project budgets and review invoices and billing
charges related to survey projects.Cultivate current client
relationships where land surveying services are under
contract.Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in
both field and office land surveying. Must be a Professional
Licensed Surveyor in good standing in the State of Washington.Land
Development and platting experience required.Experience with Civil
3D required.Strong communication skills and capable of mentoring
and training other technical staff.Must be a highly motivated
individual with strong attention to detail.Current valid driver's
license and ability to be insured to drive company vehicles is

note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline
only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and
qualifications, as well as various market and business
considerations.The wage range for this position is $100,000 -
$120,000 annually.Full time employees receive a - well rounded
benefit package including access to our company sponsored Medical,
Dental, Vision, FSA, and Supplemental Life Insurance plans. 100%
company paid Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, and Long Term
Disability coverage. Employees are eligible to participate in our
company 401k plan with up to a 4% match Additionally, employees
also receive paid vacation time, paid sick time, and 11 paid
holidays. MacKay Sposito pays for expenses associated with
licensure as well as annual profit sharing bonuses.Employment
