progression/growth plans!Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor Purpose:
The Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for
contributing to the purpose of Thrive while maintaining the
physical integrity of the communities at all times, in a manner
consistent with Thrives Values. This involves ensuring a safe and
secure living environment for residents, visitors and staff. It is
the Maintenance Supervisor's duty to anticipate, identify and
correct any and all problems involving the property and to
implement procedures that will prevent such problems. An effective
program of maintenance is essential in order to maintain a safe
environment, cultivate resident satisfaction, and protect the
investment of the apartment property owner.Maintenance Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns
and work orders.Conducts monthly safety meetings, schedules and
performs preventative maintenance, and manages OSHA/SDS safety and
reporting requirements.Maintains grounds and professional
appearance of the properties.Manages vendors such as landscapers,
pest control, and other physical asset vendors to ensure quality
service.Maintains adequate inventory of supplies.Manages tasks
within budget or seeks approval for necessary work that is over
budget.Emergency on-call is required as part of the
position.Performs all reasonable duties as outlined by
supervisor.Strives to exceed residents expectations for excellent
customer service.Contributes to a positive team culture and happy
resident base.Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:At
least 2 years experience in property maintenance or equivalent
field requiredMaintenance experience in multi-family property
management strongly preferredCertified Apartment Maintenance
Technician (CAMT) desiredHigh organizational skillsExperience with
warranty workStrong communication skillsHigh level of attention to
detailAbility to complete punch walks and follow-up with
constructionGreat presentation and interaction with clients and
residents requiredExcellent customer service skills
requiredExperience with leading and supervising a team
preferredPrior experience working with a budget strongly
preferredExperience with Yardi preferredAbility to respond to after
hours emergencies, as neededMust have valid driver's license and
automobile insurance coverageSupplies their own toolsIf you do not
