Learning Business Partner - Supply Chain, who will have
responsibility for working with subject matter experts and Learning
& Development professionals to help develop functional learning
strategies, facilitate the maintenance of courses for the Supply
Chain Function as well as project manage key learning and
development programs, tools and resources. This role requires
excellent communication, integration, collaboration, adaptability
and project management skills, as well as knowledge of the Supply
Chain Function. This individual will act as a consultant, advisor
and project manager on leadership, learning, training and
development across the Enterprise Supply Chain organization. They
will need to support various global locations and modality
integration, always tying back into business impact. Lastly, they
are solution and deliverable driven while managing complex and
high-touch business needs.This position can be located in Seattle,
WA; Everett, WA; Renton, WA; Berkeley, MO; Arlington, VA;
Charleston, SC; Mesa, AZ; Portland, OR; San Antonio, TX. A
successful candidate will be expected to be on-site to support the
execution of the Learning Organization's programs and initiatives
where appropriate.As part of the Learning & Development

this vision, our Program Leadership & Functional Development team
is chartered with expanding Supply Chain functional skills broadly
across the Enterprise.Position Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the maintenance of consistent and high-quality
learning and development resources for the Supply Chain
Function
- Facilitate Executive level leadership meetings, using excellent
judgement in terms of how to navigate agendas to ensure objectives
are accomplished, while demonstrating polished presentation
skills
- Work with leadership and team to develop and implement long and
short-term functional learning strategies
- Develop and execute project and process improvement plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers,
stakeholders, peers, and business partners
- Demonstrate business acumen and awareness of the current and
future business climate, including awareness and knowledge of the
wider company learning infrastructure and our global learning
strategy
- Apply modern and innovative learning methodologies to support a
rapidly developing function
- Other special projects as assignedThis position is expected to
be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work
onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications
(Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience with Learning & Development in some
form, including (but not limited to) facilitation, teaching, course
development, employee development, structured coaching /
mentoring
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
- Communicating and interfacing with senior and executive
leadershipPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership
role
- Experience with supply chain and/or Functional supply chain
knowledge
