Join us as we revolutionize the funeral industry across the nation.We currently have an opening for a Pre-Need Sales AdministratoratEdwards Memorial Funeral Homein Federal Way, WA.The Pre-need Sales Administrator customarily and regularly sells preneed funeral services and merchandise in accordance with the goals established by sales management and will oversee appropriate processes for contracting, processing, and record-keeping. The Preneed Sales Administrator will also set appointments for other sales team members in the market. Overview & Responsibilities: Call on inbound leads with the intent of setting appointments for in-person preneed funeral arrangements for preneed sales advisors in the marketCall on at-need families for aftercare resources and with the intent of setting appointments for cemetery arrangements for permanent memorializationSell preneed funeral arrangements over the phoneComplete contracts and other documents as required to provide complete preneed files in accordance with company standardsProvide family support services which may include: answering questions, researching family files and records, and assisting preneed families as neededInput contracts and other essential documents into company's case management software and ensure that all records in CRM are up to dateRequirements & Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and/or at least three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong preference for some formal training in business or business-related areasExperience in sales is highly desirable. Insurance license or the ability to obtain an insurance licenseAbility to read and interpret Company policies, procedures, contracts and customer documents such as price lists.
