The Parr Company is looking to hire a full-time Inside Sales Representative / Cabinets for our Everett, Washington Parr Cabinet Design Center location. This Inside Sales Representative / Cabinets position earns a starting wage of $20.76 - $24.95 depending on experience plus commissions. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CABINET INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE As an Inside Sales Representative, you take care of walk-in customers at one of our design centers. You welcome them with warmth and make sure that they receive the customer service that we are famous for. Listening carefully, you design kitchens and bathrooms that meet their needs and walk them through every step of their projects. You also prospect for new customers, aggressively setting, reaching for, and meeting or exceeding personal sales and profit goals. You sell quality and service, rather than just price. As a key player in the maintenance of assigned accounts, you ensure account profitability as well as customer satisfaction and loyalty. You coordinate with other division sales managers and salespeople in order to broaden sales to existing customers. Highly motivated, you continually update your product knowledge and selling techniques. You are responsive to any customer concerns. You feel great about helping dream kitchens come to fruition. And, seeing your efforts pay off in your paycheck gives you a great sense of accomplishment! QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE / CABINETS High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in cabinet sales
Working knowledge of computers & applications
Ability to type 35 WPM
Ability to maintain a working knowledge of 20/20 design software
Ability to maintain and expand product knowledge
Basic understanding of cabinet installation
Ability to mark out cabinet layouts on construction sites
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Class C driver's license
Exceptional customer service and sales skills WORK SCHEDULE This full-time position works a rotating schedule on Monday - Saturday
