Can you connect with clients/customers on a personal level but have been stuck working hours that are inconsistent and have you working every weekend. Are you missing all the times your family and friends want you available for those life events that only happen while you are working.



The skill set you have from working Retail and Restaurant jobs will translate to our Relationship Manager position while giving you the ability to work a set schedule with full time hours. Even better we have you do it while always having a 3 day weekend.

Hours are Mon - Thurs 6:30am to 5pm (Enjoy your Friday, Saturday and Sunday, every week)



This position is located in our beautiful company headquarters in Sumner, WA.

As a Relationship Manager, you will be directly supporting the growth of our company by bringing in new clients. You will be changing the lives and trajectory of your clients' Real Estate careers in a positive and powerful way which, in turn, will grow the company and your opportunities as well.



Your job will be building relationships with our clients, who are all actively producing Real Estate agents. Everything you need to know to succeed will be taught.



Compensation: Hourly pay for all hours worked, with a generous commission structure.

Potential Income: $50,000 to $80,000 in your first year.--$80k to six figures in your second year.

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
You are simply setting appointments for a free hour of coaching. We will teach you all you need to know to be successful in this position. You will learn how to ask probing questions and overcome objections to create strong relationships with our coaches and clients.
Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, and overall management of clients through the sales cycle
--- Communicate with clients through calls and emails
--- Build a positive relationship with clients and grow customer sales with consistent follow up
--- Manage clients who have set an appointment and ensure they are secure in their knowledge about their upcoming meeting
--- Utilize and maintain client data regularly in a CRM
--- Turn feedback into action and self-improvement
--- Have a top producer mindset by being competitive and goal-oriented

All these things will allow you to achieve and consistently exceed your monthly goals.

Qualifications:
Simple skillsets you will use:
--- Customer service
--- Soft sales
--- Written and verbal communication as well as Outbound calls
--- Basic working knowledge of CRM platforms, Word and Excel
--- Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
--- Independent and self-motivated (can stay on task)
--- Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented
--- Must be disciplined and not easily distracted, with a strong work ethic

This position is in our Sumner Washington Headquarters and is available onsite only.
