Were looking for a results-driven Garage Door Sales Manager to take
charge of sales growth and team leadership at our Wenatchee branch.
This is a high-impact role focused on expanding our market
presence, winning new business, and maximizing profitability
through strategic selling and effective team management. If youre a
strong closer with leadership capabilities and industry know-how,
we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to
exceed revenue targets and expand market share.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue high-potential
opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted
outreach.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain lasting
relationships with contractors, builders, and residential customers
to generate repeat and referral business.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals: Deliver persuasive,
solutions-based presentations tailored to client needs.
- Estimating & Bidding: Analyze project plans and specifications
to create accurate, competitive quotes and winning bids.
- Vendor & Pricing Strategy: Evaluate supplier and subcontractor
quotes to optimize cost and profitability.
- Sales Reporting & KPIs: Track key performance metrics, sales
pipeline, and forecasting for senior leadership.
- P&L Oversight: Manage branch profitability, focusing on
both top-line sales and bottom-line results.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of Garage Door
Technicians; promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and
customer service.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project
managers and operations teams to ensure seamless job execution and
customer satisfaction.Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Construction Management,
Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and team leadership,
ideally within the construction or home services industry.
- Strong understanding of estimating, blueprint reading, and job
costing.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing
skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving
business growth.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
