Full-Time | MondayFriday | 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m. | On-Site Were seeking someone who brings positivity, reliability, and a true desire to contribute to a team that consistently shows up and gives their best. What Youll Do (Your Day-to-Day) Be the friendly first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers Bring positive energy and a helpful, steady, upbeat approach to fast-moving work Act as an inside sales partneruncovering customer needs and recommending comprehensive signage solutions (we will support and train you!) Prepare estimates and create accurate work orders Manage multiple projects from start to finish with attention to detail Use HubSpot CRM as a master support and organization tool to keep opportunities moving & growing! (Well train you!) Coordinate closely with production and install teams to ensure projects are accurate, high-quality, & delivered on time Build strong, long-term relationships with local businesses and organizations Every project we complete for our B2B clients and community customers helps fuel growth, visibility, and opportunity with our local business partners and beyond. What Were Looking For 23 years of customer service, inside sales, counter sales, or sign/print industry experience (preferred, not required) GREAT ENERGY and a customer-first, team-oriented attitude Comfortable picking up the phone, asking questions, and guiding customers toward decisions Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to keep multiple projects moving smoothly and on track. Confident using technology and open to learning new systems, including CRM and estimating software. Reliable, committed, and interested in building a long-term career with opportunities for growth.
